Designers

Experienced system designers who exhibit an in-depth knowledge of residential system technologies and integration techniques. Must have a portfolio of work completed. Competency in D-tools and Auto-CAD are a must. Detail oriented designers with a passion for both rigor and creativity are desired.

Programmers

Senior level programmers who are experienced in both Lutron and Crestron system programming are desired. References and sample programs must be submitted with applications.

Service Technicians

Technically oriented team members who understand the variety of programming protocols for residential systems, who have a proven track record in troubleshooting integrated technologies, and customer service oriented natures should apply. Travel is required for this position.

Sales Representatives

Encore has sales positions open for Charlotte, NC and Asheville, NC. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required. These positions require highly-motivated and goal-oriented individuals with a proven track record in developing and maintaining multi-million dollar sales pipelines. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for documenting system sales and contract development.
